![]() ![]() We saw most the animals, and at Como, you hardly see any animals. There were Elsas from Frozen everywhere you looked, with a few Ahnas and Olafs mixed in. We enjoyed some games, a hay maze, supper, and the highlight was Wes winning a gigantic elephant pillow from a raffle drawing at the Disco dance. Batman, Robin, Doctor, and Yoda, ventured around collecting candy at different tables around the zoo. The reptiles seemed to really be enjoying the new items in their cages, they were more active then they’ve ever been. The highlight was when Wes and Kara wanted blindfolds on to walk through the area to guess what the pictures were. Next, we drove our matching mini vans to Oso De Oro park. This place has the best verde sauce I’ve ever had. We’ve always hoped Jon would find someone to compliment him and appreciate his quirkiness, and the first time we met Laura, we knew he had found his soul mate. He’s always been a fun, kind, entertaining friend to have, and served as Brad’s Best Man and Wedding Singer at our wedding in 2004. We were giddy, since we don’t get to see them very often, since they live in Iowa. Our friends the Lovseths came to visit mid October. ![]()
